Shipping
- We ship anywhere in the United States. We don’t ship internationally at the moment.
- Shipping is a flat $5 per order, and free on orders over $35.
- Orders usually arrive within 5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces can take longer; we’ll email you as soon as your order ships.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we may need to charge the postage to send it again.
Returns and exchanges
- Not happy with your purchase? You can return it for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Custom and personalized pieces, such as Print Your Pet, are made just for you, so we can only accept them back if they arrive damaged or faulty.
- To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
Damaged, faulty or not as described?
Let us know right away, ideally with a photo, and we’ll replace, exchange or refund it.
