At Tropical Nerds, we believe that the best things in life are born from a blend of passion, creativity, and a little bit of magic. Our story began with Gina, a mom of five wonderful kids in sunny Florida, who found a creative calling in the world of 3D printing.
The Challenge and The Calling
Frustrated by the inconsistent quality of fantasy miniatures and art prints available online, Gina saw an opportunity. You never knew what you’d get: would it be primed for painting? Would it be properly sanded? What materials were even being used? She wanted to create a place where fellow enthusiasts could find meticulously crafted pieces that were not only technically perfect but also artistically inspiring—prints that help build compelling worlds and tell fascinating stories.
What started as a mission to perfect fantasy models soon blossomed into a viral sensation with our unique holiday decorations. From charming ghosts with hidden feet to custom creations you simply can’t find in any store, Gina pours her love for artisanal quality into every design.
